Will callers know it’s AI?

What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It says so and takes a message, the same way a good front-desk person would. It only answers from what you approved, so it never makes up a price, a guarantee or a credential.
Can it transfer calls to me?

Does it book onto my calendar?
Yes — it books estimates straight onto your calendar, and customers get reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before. If you’d rather call everyone back yourself, we set it to take the details and text them to you instead.
What happens to my phone number?
Nothing. You keep it. Calls you can’t answer forward to the receptionist, so your number stays the same everywhere you’re listed.
How many minutes are included?
